Description: Our client is currently seeking a Assc Patient Care Coordinator at El,Paso, TX
- Shift: Mon to Fri [08:00 am to 05:00 pm]
- Contract to Hire opportunity
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- In person and telephonic customer support,
- scheduling,
- insurance eligibility,
- assist with quality metrics,
- provide patient education on call us 1st campaign,
- ability to navigate on EMR, medical records
Ideal Candidate : 1 yr + experience in healthcare setting, customer support
Qualifications & Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED
