Location: Eugene, OR

Description: Our client is seeking Full Time W2 Nurse Practitioners to meet county and state Housecalls requirements in the state of Oregon. The role entails a typical schedule with the flexibility of working four 10-hour days. New grads are welcome, provided they have relevant RN experience. Travel within the state, including expenses, is part of the role, with assignments communicated 2 weeks in advance. The position offers a strong base salary and full benefits.


Primary Purpose:
Join our network as a Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home assessments for Medicare beneficiaries, ensuring accurate risk adjustment. Responsibilities include wellness visits, health assessments, patient education, and care enhancement collaboration.


Qualifications:
Valid NP License
Patient care experience
Bilingual skills a plus
Full-time W2 employment
