Position Summary:  The Warehouse Manager plans, direct, or coordinates transportation, storage, or distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations.

Priorities:


  • Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery or distribution of products or materials.

  • Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order maintenance or repairs.

  • Plan, develop or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.

  • Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.

  • Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.

  • Train warehouse personnel.

  • Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.

  • Confer with branch personnel to coordinate warehouse activities.

The annual salary pay range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.  The Warehouse Manager position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program which includes testing for THC.

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • 3+ years related work experience

  • Forklift Certified

Technology Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.

  • Competent with Microsoft Teams.

  • Competent in MoverSuite.

Competent in warehousing inventory control system
