Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on the design, construction, testing, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, Openshift or ROSA environments, DevOps, and Helm charts or Yaml.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve level 1 problems on network infrastructure hardware
- Utilize standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems
- Serve as an escalation point for level 1 problem or incident management
- Analyze performance problems and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, reliability, and/or usability
- Liaise between the customer, suppliers, and other technical groups to resolve problems
- Perform high-level analysis of complex network system integrations
- Apply specialized knowledge in network infrastructure to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement, and optimize network infrastructure
- Lead teams to provide advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support
- Design, configure, develop, integrate, and implement network solutions

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of AWS experience
- 3-5 years of strong administration skills in Openshift or ROSA environments
- 2-4 years of strong experience with DevOps
- 2-4 years of experience with Helm charts and/or Yaml

The successful candidate will combine a good understanding of IT with a considerable knowledge of industry, business function, or service offering in the engagement.
