We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including staging products and components for kitting, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall workflow of the warehouse.  This is an onsite position in Warrington, PA.

Role Description:


  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect items for damage.

  • Organize stock in the most efficient way.

  • Organizing, Packing / unpacking trade show crates and returning inventory to stock where applicable

  • Wrap pallets and place them on trucks for delivery.

  • Receiving of RMA’s - verifying, inspection and returning to stock where applicable

  • Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

  • Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.

  • Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.

  • Stage products and materials for production or distribution according to schedules.

  • Restock picking area for continuous workflow.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.

  • Print and apply labels to products or packages as required.

  • Assist in fulfilling customer orders by picking, packing, and staging products for shipment.

  • Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and communication.

  • Other duties assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a material handling role. Minimum 2 years’ applicable experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

  • Experience with forklift operation and/or other material handling equipment is a plus.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
