Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Recruiter and Counselor, School of Law, is responsible for recruiting prospective law students to RWU Law, as well as representing the School of Law at various events, including fairs and forums, both regionally and throughout the country.

Essential Functions/Characteristics
Represent School of Law at events, including, but not limited to, collegiate recruiting events and national law school forums.

Contact and meet with pre-law advisors.

Make presentations to individuals and groups of students and prospective students.

Produce various reports on all recruiting efforts.

Respond to email, web, & phone inquiries and conduct general office support.

Create content for social media platforms and consult with law student employees regarding their content creation for social media platforms.

Conduct tours of the School of Law.

Participate in informational sessions and open houses.

Travel extensively in the continental United States.

Additional Functions
Must be able to conduct duties in a professional manner, to include relating to others in a courteous, cooperative, sensitive and congenial manner.



Job Requirements:

2022 RWU School of Law graduate.

Outstanding oral communication skills.

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Knowledge and use of various social media platforms (i.e. TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).

Ability to work independently.

Highly organized, self-starter.

Word processing proficiency.

Pleasant, helpful phone manner.

Outstanding oral communication skills to convey information, foster interest, and facilitate admissions process.

Ability to work independently.

Highly organized and a self-starter.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, completing them in a timely manner.

Ability to travel extensively in the United States.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales and marketing.

Domestic / International travel experience a plus.
