Assisting clients with the home loan process, from initial inquiry through loan closing.
Enter information into the loan origination system and track the progress of the loan from submission to closing.
Assist in reviewing and interpreting credit reports, ensuring borrowers meet the required credit standards.
Work to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the loan process, such as discrepancies in income verification or appraisal concerns.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
