The Program Administrative Supervisor is responsible for administrative tasks that support the Substance Use Disorder Division management team in adhering to contractual and regulatory requirements to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Program Administrative Supervisor provides support and supervision for administrative employees who assist with data entry into BHN and state systems, completion of state required forms, data tracking, and other administrative tasks necessary for all employees and programs in the department.


Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the program with the following:


  • Assists in creating and executing administrative workflows and processes.

  • Provides leadership and supervision to administrative employees.

  • Documents compliance of administrative tasks that meet the needs of the programs.

  • Responsible for administrative assignments, data entry into BHN and state systems, completion of state required forms, data tracking, training, reports, and various other tasks that meet the needs of the programs.

  • Provides administrative assistance and works collaboratively with management, employees, and other departments to complete the administrative needs of the programs.

  • Attends meetings and provides relevant updates.

  • Maintains professional relationships and practices good customer service with BHN employees, candidates, and other organizations and agencies.

  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and interviews.





Who are we?



BHN/OTP is a Medication Assisted Treatment Program to assist individuals who are addicted to opiates and are experiencing their dysfunctional effects to gain and maintain the skills needed to achieve an opiate-free lifestyle. The OTP program uses evidence-based medication protocols approved by the Medical Director to ensure patients safely detox from these substances. These protocols are implemented through assessment and re-assessment practices throughout the process.

What are we looking for in a position?

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.

  • Three years of office experience required.

  • One year of supervisory experience required

  • Working knowledge of computer systems and using word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain consistent attention to detail in completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle available for all working hours in order to be able to commute to the various work locations as needed.

  • Salary Range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience and other factors.
