RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a global leader of hardware and software in its industry is looking for a Financial Transformation Manager in Teaneck, NJ. The benefits and mentor here are fantastic. Hours are 9 to 5, and the work/life balance is great.

Duties will include:

• Financial Transformation Manager will lead financial process design validation and implementation


• Lead financial process automation


• Ensure SOX compliance overall


• As a Financial Transformation Manager, you will ensure accuracy of accounting by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions


• Monthly reconciliation and analysis of accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; Advanced degree a plus


• CPA a must


• 4 plus years of related experience


• Experience in a rapid growth, tech company preferred


• Public accounting experience a must; Big 4 experience preferred


• Experience in a global company preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
