Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Utilize Workday (or similar systems) for payroll and HR management, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Support staff and management with HR-related inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources and Payroll management.
Experience with Workday payroll systems or similar platforms is highly preferred.
