Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in providing therapeutic exercises and interventions for residents.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive and individualized patient care.
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for maintaining mobility.
Ensure proper documentation of patient progress and adherence to facility policies.
Qualifications:
Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
