Contract Duration: 4-6 months (longer if the trial goes as expected)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours minimum paid per day)
Compensation: Guaranteed 8 hours per day, regardless of the schedule
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing services using the nursing process to support a clinical research trial.
Evaluate and enroll patients in clinical research studies.
Perform study procedures (e.g., start intravenous lines, venipunctures, obtain biological specimen samples, obtain ECG recordings, vital signs, safety assessments) as required by the study protocol.
Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and other relevant guidelines.
Collect and manage samples taken for analysis.
Prepare and submit detailed reports to investigators and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
Minimum of 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience.
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
Preferred: 1 year of clinical trial experience (nice to have).
