Our workforce, like our technology, is rapidly expanding and looking for a qualified MPD Coordinator.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Reporting to the US NDS Accounting Manager and MPD Operations team, The MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various operational and administrative tasks essential to the successful execution of MPD services. This role involves overseeing vehicle rentals, ensuring accurate and timely D365 time entries, tracking consumables, managing monthly operational purchase orders (PO), and performing general administrative duties. The MPD Coordinator supports the operational efficiency of the MPD services by maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

·         Coordinate the rental, usage, and return of vehicles for MPD operations.

·         Monitor vehicle availability, ensure timely renewals, and manage rental agreements.

·         Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, costs, and compliance with company policies.

·         Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee hours and operational data into the D365 system.

·         Assist employees with time entry issues and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.

·         Track and manage the inventory of consumables required for Integra MPD-Ready services invoicing.

·         Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of consumables to avoid operational delays.

·         Maintain accurate records of consumable usage and costs for reporting purposes.

·         Prepare purchase orders (POs) as requested by Operations management

·         Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and return of rented equipment.

·         Review and reconcile rental invoices with POs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

·         Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

·         Support MPD team members with various administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations.

·         Ensure all processes and records are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

·         Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for audits and internal reviews.

·         Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

·         Generate regular reports on vehicle rentals, consumable usage, time entries, etc.

·         Assist management in analyzing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·         High school diploma or equivalent required

·         At least 2-5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the oil and gas industry or a similar field.

·         Experience with vehicle rental management, billing processes, and time entry systems is highly desirable.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.

·         Familiarity with D365 (Dynamics 365) or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•             Associate's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.

·         Familiarity with D365 (Dynamics 365) or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

·         Basic understanding of billing and accounting principles.

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to interact professionally with team members, vendors, and clients.

·         Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings.

·         Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.

·         Understanding of compliance requirements and safety regulations related to vehicle management and operational processes.

·         Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
