Job Overview

The Data Operations Supervisor is accountable for supervising and leading the PACE Data Operations staff. In addition, this position reviews, evaluates and implements operational procedures, employment processes, keeps priorities in line with effective operations and cost efficiency factors. Actively participates in financial reporting of enrollment and disenrollment eligibility, encounter management, and reconciling Medi-Cal (820 and 834 reports) and Medicare (MMR) capitation payments and business office reports. Works in collaboration with Center Managers and various disciplines for all PACE locations ensuring the delivery of quality data.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Associate of Arts degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in office environment required

3. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.

4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in PACE program and/or Medical Managed Care related support systems required.

Compensation

$88,558.08 - $110,697.60 annually
