This is a primarily remote position, but is REQUIRED to be based in the Northern Virginia/DC area, California, or New York to be able to align with teams in office as needed.
No one product or team works on its own. We consider the entire ecosystem when creating new features, content, immersive experiences and platforms. Job Overview: As the Design Systems Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive design system that aligns with our product strategy and design goals. You will work closely with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create scalable design components that enable us to build better faster while promoting consistency across the entire AOL ecosystem.

The compensation for this position ranges from $128,250.00 - $266,875.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
