Job Summary: The Staff Accountant supports the accounting team by maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key tasks include managing general ledger accounts, reconciling bank statements, and processing journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Perform monthly account reconciliations.
Post journal entries and track expenses.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Support internal and external audits.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Effective communication abilities.
