The Project Manager, Global Sales position is part of the Global Sales function but works in very close collaboration with the PMO Team and cross-functionally at a total business level to deliver complex projects primarily focused on Saputo Dairy USA Inc. (SDUSA) but potentially with all other Saputo Divisions
This role is a key member within the business and requires a high performing Project Manager that is known for being great to work with, proactive, influential and confident. Experience working with Senior managers, executive level stakeholders, stakeholder messaging and managing complexity and ambiguity is critical.
This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time as the business need evolves over time. Estimated at 25 hours per week. For internal candidates, this position could be shared with your current role with support for work-life balance.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
Partners with the business sponsor (and project lead if applicable) to clearly define roles and responsibilities, governance and expectations.
Balances best practice project management methodology with a fit for purpose approach based on SDUSA (or other divisions involved) / Project requirements (agility)
Utilizes appropriate reporting, tools & processes to support the execution and tracking
When required, builds or help build business cases to justify a project's progression
When required, takes on the role of Project Lead on behalf of the business which champions the project
Leads the scoping & delivery of business outcomes and delivery through business SME's, including:
establishing & leading cross-functional working groups;
project managing the execution; and
communicating updates & outcomes
Leads information gathering with external or internal stakeholders, communication, co-ordination and sign-off across the business when required
Embrace cross functional ways of working, breaking down silo's and coaching & developing teams to develop plans, schedules and work through issues/mitigations
Understands the strategic end to end view of the impact and dependencies of a project, even with high levels of ambiguity
Systematically gathers data to identify and articulate clearly the key issues and develops realistic solutions
Engages with flexibility and pragmatism, with the ability to pivot or adjust an approach to achieve the big picture outcome
Delivers a clear and engaging brief to project team members and stakeholders
Proactively communicates to various stakeholders during a project, adjusting the message and level of detail accordingly
Presents clearly and confidently to large groups of Senior managers and/or executive team members
Works collaboratively with business SMEs to develop a deeper understanding of functions and builds mutually supportive relationships
Partners with other technical Project Managers when managing a complex program of work i.e. IT or Engineering
You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have The Following Experience, Skills and Qualifications
5+ years' experience in a project management office or similar, preferably within dairy manufacturing or CPG
Experience in managing complex cross functional programs / projects with executive level sponsors
Experience managing a variety of projects including commercial evaluations, manufacturing problem solving, product development and process change
Global Sales experience with exposure to international trade is beneficial
Project Management expertise with the ability to work quickly and autonomously
Methodical with high attention to detail, follow through and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management with the ability to influence within a program/project team structure
Ability to quickly develop rapport, trust and effective working relationships across a business
Commercial, International Business and Trade and Manufacturing Operation acumen
Team orientated approach with the ability to motivate & inspire
Ability to guide & direct cross-functional teams through clear & consistent communication
Ability to clearly articulate & proactively share a point of view
Understands other perspectives, potential barriers & can construct arguments to address these
Understands trade-offs & seeks win-win outcomes
Communicates clear priorities and constructively challenges across key business forums
Ability to operate and lead cross functional teams through high levels of ambiguity

Salary range: $85,370 - $112,050
*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
