Location: Oregon City, OR

Description: The Judge Group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicaid/Medicare Advantage Members with a leading healthcare provider. Positions available in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.


⏰ Schedule: Preferably M-F business hours, with evening and weekend assessment options. Paid Training provided.


New Grads welcome! Must hold an unencumbered license in the state of practice.


‍⚕ Primary Purpose: Join as a compassionate NP to perform wellness risk assessments for Medicare beneficiaries. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering health education, closing care gaps, and collaborating for improved care delivery.


Requirements: Valid NP License, in-home Risk Assessment experience preferred, and open to various backgrounds except pediatrics.
