Accounts Receivable Analyst - Onsite




Pay Rate Range: $23.33/hr. - $33.33/hr.



Duration: 6-months



Location: Portage, MI (onsite)



Schedule: 8a-5p, M-F



Description/Comment:



This role will support the Accounts Receivable team with the paperless billing initiative. Responsibilities will include:


-Monitoring an email account for new messages from customers


-Update an online tracker with the emails received


-Leverage multiple systems to obtain contact information for customers


-Sort and track returned mail received in the office. Enter the information into an online tracker


-Reprioritize work based on direction from the Accounts Receivable team


This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This role requires an intermediate level of Excel knowledge including pivot tables and Xlookups.
