Job Description:

Job Duties/Description:



  • Schedule appointments through phone calls and other communication methods to negotiate rental prices for advertisements and promotions.

  • Draft lease agreements and foster strong customer relationships with minimal phone interactions.

  • Address customer concerns with a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Keep location profile data updated to ensure database accuracy.

  • Complete lease forms and agreements.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and office.

  • Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of all business aspects, especially rental and pricing details.

  • Stay informed about the status of assigned lease projects and campaigns.

  • Pursue educational opportunities and engage in self-improvement for personal and professional growth.


Requirements:



  • At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.

  • Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.

  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.

  • Knowledge Word and Excel, Outlook.




Additional Info:




  • Pay rate: $21-24/hr


  • Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday


  • Location: 100% in office (may qualify for hybrid if perfoming to par)


  • Type: temp to hire
