What You'll Do:

• Service residential systems and small to mid-sized commercial systems.


• Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.


• Provide exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need

• HS diploma or equivalent.


• 3-5 years of alarm and CCTV experience and education.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.


• Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.


• Possess strong technical aptitude.


• Ability to engage others through active listening.


• Ability to climb ladders 6 ft. or greater


• Ability to troubleshoot basic problems on a variety of security devices and systems.
