Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a Part Time Operations Administrator to support their team for a 6-month long project, with the potential to extend to 1 year. This role will be responsible for opening accounts, preparing for meetings, handling transfers and payouts using their software system.
Responsibilities:
Tracking revenue allocations for projects
Preparing monthly revenue forecasts and reports
Monthly reconciliations
Transferring funds
On-boarding new clients
Account servicing
Establishing bank instructions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred
2+ years of finance or accounting experience
Salesforce and Docusign experience is a plus!
