RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to join their team in Rockford, MI. This client is a well-established and growing international company that provides opportunities for advancement and impact. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Senior Director of Finance will oversee and manage the preparation of annual plans, forecasts, and financial plans


• Manage the tracking and reporting of revenue and earnings


• Assist in preparing deliverables for quarterly earnings


• Lead the FP&A team including talent development, recruitment, and performance management


• As a Senior Director of Finance, you will prepare presentations and materials for meetings


• Perform ad hoc analyses when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business


• 8+ years of experience in a mid to senior level finance position


• Strong background in SEC reporting and/or analytics


• Expert knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL, PowerPoint, etc.


• Ability to work a fast-paced environment


• Experience in financial analyses and accounting is preferred


• Experience in global public companies is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
