RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a world class health care company in Clifton, NJ is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid. This firm offers fantastic benefits, a year-end bonus along with excellent opportunity for advancement! The position will be 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial and operational analysis


• Be the owner of the region capital expenditure process including collaborating with functional leaders to develop annual budget and quarterly forecasts for capital spending


• As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment with frequent direct interaction with operational leadership in the region as their business partners and centralized corporate teams


• Must continually strive to improve existing processes and tools for analysis, forecasting, and budgeting


• Participate in cost savings initiatives, and ad hoc requests and special project support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience with FP&A out of large company &/or Big 4 audit or advisory experience


• Experience with process improvements and business partnering


• Strong communication skills


• Strong Excel skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
