Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in North Kingstown, RI. They are a stable and growing real estate development company. They offer strong benefits, including dental, vision and retirement plan with employer match. This position will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities include:

• Create customer/tenant rent invoices


• Collect on overdue accounts


• Follow up on delinquent accounts


• Notify customers of insufficient payments


• Prepare AP documentation for check runs


• Verify and process expense reports


• Prepare checks for signature


• Receive and apply payments to customer accounts


• Assist with entering and distributing purchase orders as needed


• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-10+ years of AR/billing experience


• Strong attention to detail


• Real estate experience is great to have


• Strong customer services skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
