RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in the Franklin, WI area that is looking for a Plant Controller.

Summary:
The Controller will be responsible for all accounting and financial functions for the plant, including general accounting, cost accounting, account reconciliations, financial and operational reporting, internal controls, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This role reports to the Group Controller.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA would be a plus


• CPA preferred


• 7-10 years of experience


• Manufacturing experience


• Working Conditions: In Office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
