Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist in Los Angeles, CA.

Duties Include:

• Cash Applications Specialist will manage cash applications and apply to accounts and book the revenue


• Record incoming cash with fine attention to detail with high visibility amongst leadership


• Process 50+ invoices per day


• As a Cash Applications Specialist, you will manage various bank accounts along with client trust accounts


• Problem solve and research any discrepancies and identify how to resolve issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Excel experience


• Aderant software system experience a plus


• Legal background a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
