The Content Strategy Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the global occupier sales enablement content strategy across the following internal platforms: Templafy, Newmark Today, nmrk.com in partnership with the Sr. Director, Sales Enablement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with content team and COEs to maintain and organize content strategy and materials in comprehensive knowledge management library
Partner with design team to refine and elevate the brand templates and imagery and socialize revised guidelines across all relevant platforms.
Partner with business and marketing to identify and analyze sales content across all service lines and disciplines for consistency of messaging, value proposition, differentiation, etc.
Partner with Sales Enablement leadership to migrate and maintain projects and pursuits within Monday.com
Partner with digital lead to ensure consistency of product content across internal platforms and the nmrk.com website.
Support Sales Enablement leadership to help maintain and leverage pipeline data in CRM tool
Create and maintain visual standards for sales content to clearly and consistently convey Newmark's competitive advantage.
Enable cross-selling through Templafy with effective content cataloging, internal messaging, training and socialization.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sales content is consistently governed and tracked to ensure max usage.
Project manage all content platforms including sourcing, cataloging, tagging, socialization and end-user training.
Proactively integrate content from SMEs, Research, Technology and Corporate Communications
May perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of direct business development experience for a consulting or real estate firm
Experience working in commercial real estate or client-service industry preferred
Customer service-oriented with documented success in delivering superior marketing and business development services to internal/external clients
Self-starter and strategic thinker with a track record of working from a blank slate in creating/executing marketing strategies and plans for initiatives
Demonstrated ability to balance short-term, deadline-oriented assignments and long-term, ongoing projects with an ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage self
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
Knowledge working with brand standards and style guidelines
Excellent time management and project management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Unique and creative vision
Fast problem-solving ability
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative suite.
