Job Description Summary
The Order Support Associate Analyst position is responsible for all business unit customers financial order oversight and are processed in an accurate and timely manner consistent with approved quality standards and performance requirements.
This position plays an important role by supporting the Supply Chain Customer Centric Organization, Sales, and Shared Services in processing internal / external customer requests pertaining to order financial support ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy.
Job Description
Receive and validate pricing and credit on orders sent by Direct Customers, International Customers, and Brokers ensuring documents meets the minimum requirements for orders to be processed
Performs entry of pricing, customer master and EDI in an accurate and timely manner ensuring key performance indicators are met daily
Troubleshoot EDI pricing and statistical debits and credits for customer and Sales reporting accuracy
Price entry into ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely completion
Creating debits and credits to true up any issues
Order hold credit review
Customer master ownership
Invoicing policy ownership
Export trade billing
Submits order price discrepancy notifications to the customer's registered e-mails
Escalate any issues with pricing that required follow-up with internal or external stakeholders to the Customer Advocate.
Responsible for coordination of new customer ACH setup as outlined in the Vendor Database Management Policy with sales and customer.
Review and resolve exception reporting for pricing related functions and deduction errors in compliance with SOX controls.
EDI ownership tied to pricing
EDI validation for statistical debits and credits
Ability to work in multiple systems to pull backup, reporting, and research pricing issues.
Responsible to achieve Order Support key performance indicators
Willingness to participate in special project assignments assigned by the CoE Manager
Support end-user satisfaction by ensuring that requests are handled effectively and that needs continue to be met through continuous maintenance and improvement initiatives
Conducts audit/quality checks and initiates required corrective actions to include procedural or system changes
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred, or equivalent related experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management or Backoffice related roles
Strong PC skills to include WINDOWS, WORD, EXCEL and Outlook
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in prioritizing tasks and organizing daily routine work
Focus on details and accuracy when executing tasks
Great time management abilities
Experience in Salesforce, SAP, and DOMO desirable, but not required
Ability to read, write and speak in English required. Bilingual skills desirable.
