A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Set up of production line equipment

  • Ensures people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards

  • Assembles subassemblies and finished product per standardized work instructions to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards

  • Enters computer transactions for movement of product and inventory components.

  • Provide oversight on following defined assembly procedures and comply with quality requirements

  • Ensure all records, both theirs and the team members, are completed appropriately

  • Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated

  • Reinforce the escalation procedure for quality concerns is followed

  • Ensure achievement of production throughput against stated capacity targets

  • Communicate day-to-day targets and responsibilities to the team

  • Maintain visible lead for adherence to procedures and instructions

  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

  • Ensures compliance to quality standards and work instructions

  • Assists with establishing goals and objectives for individuals or teams

  • Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within their team

  • Responsible for pulling components per BOM (Bill of Material) and creating labels to support released customer schedules

  • Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team

  • Leads and mentors their team members for personal growth and achievement

  • Understands and can communicate policies and procedures to their team members

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience

  • Team establishing and team building skills

  • Ability to adhere to Good Documentation Practices

  • Must be a team player with high personal motivation

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$47,600 - $71,400

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
