Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $105,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Our client, a diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider, delivers innovative equipment, components, consumable supplies, and aftermarket parts worldwide. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Quality Engineer in Richmond, VA.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Identify and implement improvements in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction using data-driven methodologies.
  
  


• Define production capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.


• Design and oversee testing to meet performance and durability expectations.


• Develop and communicate measurements effectively across the organization.


• Lead and train teams in quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in applicable Engineering field OR bachelor's degree in any discipline with subsequent relevant work experience.


• 2 years of experience in a Quality Engineering capacity with a quantifiable track record of results


• 3 years of professional or military experience in an applicable business environment
