We provide crucial support to the global Finance organization and the greater AT&T enterprise, to facilitate seamless integration while also ensuring minimalization and awareness of related costs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate with Cross Functional CFOs to collect One-Time Costs related to divesting a portion of AT&T business to another company.
Assist Cross Functional CFOs with direction related to costing of Transition Services Agreement (TSA) pricing related to divestitures.
Serve as Team Project Manager and point of contact (POC) for Finance work groups (teams) assigned (i.e. CFO teams, etc.).
Assist Finance teams in updating Playbook, Project Plan, & TSA for respective teams.
Ensure all project documents are kept up-to-date for assigned teams.
Collect and review parlor request and due diligence items for proper format, tracking, and confidentiality prior to providing to overall project manager.
Assist teams in identifying, tracking, and resolving risks and issues associated with project.
Work with Overall Project Manager to ensure alignment of teams to overall project.
Identify resources necessary to project and provide names to Overall Project Manager for execution of any NDAs.
Provide weekly updates to staff meetings and coordinate/provide updates for any Project Team Meetings.
Work with other team project managers on cross-Finance items to ensure consistency and cooperation within Finance.
Post deal close, work to transition contact and support to be directly between Buyer and Team Project Leads.
Monitor team's TSA and RSTA items to ensure exaction and completion.
Maintain TSA Invoice controls, accuracy, and forecasting.
Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards

Qualifications:
Typically requires 5-7 years' experience
Five or more years' experience in financial modeling and financial forecasting
Five or more years' experience in accounting, financial data analysis, or financial reporting preferred
Excellent interpersonal communications and project management and leadership skills
Experience with data manipulation (Advanced Excel, SQL, etc.)
Excellent desktop skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access)
Experience using PowerBI
Experience with data presentation skills.
Our Lead Financial Analysis, earn between $118,800.00-$178,200.00. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
