Position Title: Head of IT Project Management Office
Location: Dallas, TX
Your role We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management Office (PMO) leader to join our organization. The IT function at Digital Realty takes responsibility for the management and security of the world's most critical infrastructure on behalf of our customers. As the Head of IT Project Management Office (PMO), you will take a central leadership role to govern how enterprise technology investments are executed across the company. This executive leadership role includes all aspects of IT projects governance from business case development through project execution and post implementation value measurement.
What you'll do
Partner closely with business leaders across the enterprise to develop robust business cases outlining the IT business outcomes and level of capital investment required for proposed initiatives.
Facilitate a global portfolio management process that brings business stakeholders together with Finance and IT to make technology investment decisions that optimize the allocation of capital and resources across the company.
Manage a team of professional IT project managers that provide an exceptional level of program leadership, delivery methodology, and KPI reporting across a diverse set of enterprise programs.
Drive an agenda of continuous improvement across IT PMO processes and technologies that sets the standard for efficiency and project execution across the company.
Partner with Finance leaders to drive a repeatable program for post implementation business value measurement across IT PMO funded projects.
Drive an IT PMO culture focused on measurable business outcomes and program KPIs with the flexibility to evolve approaches and methodology based on stakeholder feedback and the needs of the business.
Provide IT program leadership for the integration of our largest enterprise acquisitions and joint ventures.
Lead teams according to a repeatable implementation of technology blueprint that supports the diverse set of business process to deliver on integration programs.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related experience. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years demonstrating increasing responsibility working within a global IT enterprise applications or project management office function.
6-8 years in a supervisory role with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining high performing teams.
Experience directly managing large scale, complex, global enterprise technology programs from within IT or an enterprise transformation office.
Direct experience managing enterprise transformation programs across Salesforce, Oracle, Service Now, and Microsoft platforms.
Excellent communication and partnering skills that includes a strong track record of building executive relationships. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive strong outcomes across a diverse set of business stakeholders.
