Key Qualifications & Skills:


  • 8+ years of Project Management or Creative Production experience (agency or client-side)

  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams as a proactive and vocal leader

  • Capable of driving disparate stakeholders towards aligned goals

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

  • Fluent understanding of branding and all components required to be a successful brand.

  • Inhouse agency / brand-side experience a plus

  • Creative, kind, positive, empathetic, curious

  • A killer roster of clients and campaigns that demonstrate excellent PM skills, production leadership and craft, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple workstreams and teams.

  • Strong execution mindset - we're moving fast, and there's a lot to do every day. You don't mind getting scrappy.

  • Flexible, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and growing environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the cross-functional management and implementation of the Yahoo rebrand across all workstreams and business units involved. These include weekly cross-functional team calls, Slack channel updates and communication, weekly executive-level status updates, and more.

  • Gather & track requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from stakeholders

  • Develop the master schedule of milestones and deadlines for workstream teams, partnering with workstream project leads.

  • Budget oversight and management

  • Legal coordination and reviews for all new brand elements, including but not limited to logos, fonts, and headlines.

  • Lead production of Yahoo Brand Campaign, including agency management and all internal reviews through delivery.

  • Be a strategic partner to help align everyone on priorities and capabilities as the project evolves

Software Skills

A working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and the Google product suite, including Gdocs, Gsheets, etc., is required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,625.00 - $230,625.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
