Defense Attorney - Complex Litigation


Adams & Martin Group is assisting a prestigious defense firm in expanding their litigation team.


Our client is actively seeking experienced defense attorneys to handle a growing caseload of silicosis litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm representing a major manufacturer, with over 50 active cases and more on the horizon.



Position Highlights:



- Fully Remote: Work from home with occasional court appearances in LA.


- Manageable Billing: 1800 annual hours, and bonus potential.


- Trial Experience: Get hands-on trial experience as multiple cases are set to go to court.

- Competitive Compensation: $130K-$175K base pay plus bonuses



Ideal Candidate:


- 2-7 years of litigation experience, especially in defense or toxic tort.


- California bar admission required.
