Ultimate Staffing is seeking a HYBRID Sales Development Representative for our corporate solutions company client in Riverwoods, IL.



Pay: up to $31hr







Job Summary



The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for prospecting, researching, and qualifying leads within a defined territory across Canada and the US. The role involves interacting with prospects through various channels, including a chatbot on the company's website and online store, and configuring carts for online sales. As an initial point of contact, the SDR will help establish a positive relationship with potential clients and ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prospecting & Lead Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify leads within the defined territory.

  • Engage with prospects and customers via chatbot on the website and online store.

  • Contact prospects through inbound lead channels, outbound phone calls, and email campaigns.

  • Sales Configuration:

  • Configure shopping carts for online sales using the company's e-commerce platform.

  • Client Interaction:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, establishing positive relationships and experiences with prospects.

  • Use the CRM system to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information about prospective clients.

  • Client Support:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, concerns, and issues.

  • Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring client satisfaction.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
