Healthcare Company in San Fernando Valley CA has an opening for an HR Generalist who will manage a high volume of LOA and Workers Comp cases.

Must come from Healthcare Industry


Responsibilities Include
1. Manages Leave of Absence programs for 1800+ employees.
2. Maintains informational tools and knowledge of most current laws and regulations relating to FMLA, Workers' Compensation, etc.
3. Manages workers' compensation cases including, but not limited to: documenting, reporting, and monitoring open and pending cases.


Preferred Skills
1. BA or BS degree and HR certificate or related experience
2. 3- 5 years' experience as an HR Management
3. Excellent verbal and written skills
4. Must have extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations including but not limited to: OSHA
5. SHRM or PHR Certification highly desired
