Your new company


This company has been established for 90 years and has been operating as a General Contractor in the Commercial Construction space in the DMV. Their projects include ground-up and interiors within retail, gas stations, commercial offices and more.



Your new role


In this position, you will be a Superintendent and responsible for the day to day management of the project at hand. This will include scheduling subcontractors, managing the schedule, preparing 2 or 3 week lookaheads, ensuring safety & quality standards on site, some self-perform work and machine operation and more.



What you'll need to succeed


To be considered for this position, you must have the following experience:

• Proven and demonstrable experience as a Superintendent OR Assistant Superintendent working on ground-up projects up to $10m


• Experience within retail, gas stations, dealerships or similar would be highly beneficial.


• OSHA 10 or 30


• Able to commit to projects across Central Maryland, DC and/or Northern Virginia
