Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Regional Lean Expert in Franklin, TN.

Job Description: Support the animation of the SPS at entity level. Design, evolve, deploy & manage standards, methodologies and tools, exploiting the best practice process through leveraging the network of Subject Matter Experts (SME's). Coach & Conduct Lean Diagnosis from an End-to-End point of view. Drive Transformation projects at regional level. Facilitate and setup review governance mechanism with entity and management on projects to achieve productivity target. Collaborate with Cluster lead and plants to create shared improvement roadmap with Plant/DCs to achieve the targets and consolidate the same at regional level. Consolidate SC Performance KPI's across the region and report the same. Develop the competency referential for Operations Management, Methods & Maintenance & Supply Chain Performance functions. Anticipate new technologies in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and their associated skill requirements. Position requires 50% travel (10% international, 40% domestic) to company factories and distribution centers for project execution and training

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Leading manufacturing engineering and maintenance activities for manufacturing plant; Performing plant capacity analysis; Driving automation projects; Leading Schneider Electric production systems for manufacturing plant; Deploying MES systems; and Implementing digitization at manufacturing plants.
