Job Description:

GCF is seeking a Business Support Team (BST), Assistant Vice President that will support the Fund Finance and Municipal Finance loan portfolios. This position will be located in Boston.

What you will be responsible for

As a Global Credit Finance, BST Assistant Vice President you will primarily:


  • Manage assigned workflows for Fund Finance and Municipal Finance businesses through the loan life cycle

  • Facilitate the deal onboarding process including pipeline coordination with front and back office teams, credit administration, and account management

  • Perform legal documentation review to identify lending terms to be inputted into the loan accounting platform

  • Prepare of regulatory schedules, including report production with centralized teams

  • Recommend and implement modification of reporting logic based on analysis of portfolio data

  • Provide oversight of data quality and analysis

  • Collaborate with GCF stakeholders and partners, including testing engagements

  • Understand, participate in, and work in accordance with GCF's operating strategy

  • Analyze and document operational processes and controls


Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 7+ years of financial services experience

  • Experience interpreting legal documentation, including an understanding of lending agreement structures, is strongly preferred

  • Ability to think critically to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas to internal and external audiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail to facilitate integrity of data quality

  • Understanding of Risk Framework a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced experience in working with Excel

  • Data management skills and familiarity with credit/lending products preferred

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
