Wintrust was founded with the idea to be the alternative to the big banks. We are looking to add seasonal part-time (4 hours/week) administrative help at three of our Illinois locations - New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort.

What you’ll do:


  • Performs a wide range of administrative duties, coordinating information within the department(s) for various staff, executives or teams.


  • Responsible for the organization of department files and communication of pertinent information to the proper individuals.


  • Handles incoming calls and directs message(s) to proper individuals.


  • Makes travel arrangements and meeting reservations for department personnel and groups and monitor expenses and budgets for internal, external meetings.


  • Greets vendors and visitors.


  • Monitor and maintain schedules, appointments and due dates.


  • Types and distributes correspondence for department personnel.


  • Create emails, memos, letters, presentations and worksheets for various department and management correspondence, reports and presentations.


  • Distribute various departmental correspondences.


Qualifications:


  • Ability to organize and coordinate many tasks


  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks


  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner
