We are seeking a dynamic and experienced insights consulting manager to join our marketplace strategic initiatives team. This individual will lead end-to-end research initiatives utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at project management, stakeholder engagement, and analysis, with a strong ability to generate actionable insight
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute end-to-end mixed methods research projects on Marketplace sellers, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gain deep insights into seller needs, behaviors, and preferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive research initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of research findings and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Business teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in market research and ecommerce.

Minimum Qualifications... • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field AND 2 years experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area. • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, SQL language, Looker (LookerML) and data structure knowledge • Proficiency in writing complex and efficient SQL queries to extract data. The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively. • Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data • Ability to thrive

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
