We are looking to hire a Digital Member Representative – Service Center for our fast-growing team!

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU); is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our service center. What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

• Manage all member requests via our Secure Message channel efficiently and timely while delivering an impactful service experience through all DCCU digital channels.


• Provide guided and engaging conversations to assist members with various requests.


• Collaborate with leadership and peers to ensure member experience achieves service expectations.


• Efficiently and accurately perform service requests with attention to detail.


• Research and provide timely resolutions to member inquiries or concerns.


• Assist members with account maintenance needs.


• Council members on fraud or potential activity on their account.


• Promote and educates membership on benefits of self-service products.


• Attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Privacy.


• Provide counsel to members on DCCU products and services and maintain knowledge of DCCU products and services, policies and procedures, and current promotions to ensure accuracy of information provided.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on empathetic listening.


• Exceptional keyboarding and computer skills.


• High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy.


• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative.


• Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and an ability to problem solve.


• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing a large volume of transactions.


• Strong regard for confidential and sensitive information.


• Prior retail sales and call center experience preferred.
