Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Physical Therapist sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday. The coverage area is Santa Rosa.



Minimum Requirements:

• CA PT license


• 6+ months home health experience


• BLS
