Job Description:





RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory.

  • Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right products or services. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

  • Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document processes.

  • Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance. Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems.

  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.

  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate. recommendations/briefings.

  • Build positive relationships with customers. Must be familiar with Allen Bradley software and hardware.






QUALIFICATIONS




  • Someone with at least 5+ years of experience in Automation, but also willing to train entry level Automation Technicians

  • Strong troubleshooter for PLC, Cignet, and Instrumentation

  • Troubleshoot logic, components.

  • Make small changes to the logic if needing corrected, etc.

  • Team is mainly Maintenance - trying to fix things that break down or keep it from breaking down.

  • Equipment is Allen Bradley (Studio 5000, Logics 500)

  • Some electrical experience could potentially be considered.
