Perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory.
Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right products or services. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document processes.
Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance. Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate. recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers. Must be familiar with Allen Bradley software and hardware.
QUALIFICATIONS
Someone with at least 5+ years of experience in Automation, but also willing to train entry level Automation Technicians
Strong troubleshooter for PLC, Cignet, and Instrumentation
Troubleshoot logic, components.
Make small changes to the logic if needing corrected, etc.
Team is mainly Maintenance - trying to fix things that break down or keep it from breaking down.
Equipment is Allen Bradley (Studio 5000, Logics 500)
Some electrical experience could potentially be considered.
