Ledgent Accounting has an immediate opening for an AP Specialist in Concord, NH. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of recent experience, with a background in manufacturing or construction, preferred.


Role: AP Specialist (Direct Hire)


Location: Concord, NH (On-Site)


Pay: $56,000-$60,000

Premise: Provide AP support to the accounting team and work closely with vendors and suppliers.


Responsibilities:


* Full-cycle, high volume AP processing (including 2-way matching and coding of invoicing)


* Work with vendors on problem resolution and adjust, as needed


* Prepares and processes check runs (ACH and wire transfers)


* Reconcile credit card and petty cash accounts


* Daily and monthly bank reconciliations


* Entering A/P invoicing into ERP system


* Process expense reimbursement


* Reviewing invoices to match to checks


Qualifications:


* 3 years relevant experience


* ERP experience


* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit, including MS Excel


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Manufacturing or Construction experience preferred, but not required
