We are seeking a Standard Cost Accounting Supervisor for our customer, County Materials Corporation in Marathon, WI.

Job Duties:
Manage Team Members assigned and provide leadership as needed to ensure desired results.All areas of cost accounting including organizing standard costing, and oversight of other functions within the Standard Costing Team.Compilation of reports related to the standard costing process.Assisting with set up, tracking and audit of inventory costs.Preparation of journal entries.Job costing as required by some product lines and other special projects.Maintains financial security by following internal controls.Substantiates financial transactions by communicating with other team members.Work independently on projects for the CFO, President, and Controller with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:
Office working environment.5-10% travel to manufacturing facilities

Physical Requirements:
Sitting frequently.Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely.Standing / Walking / Climbing.

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum Associates degree in Accounting required, Bachelors degree in Accounting desired.4+ years experience in related field required.Prior Management of Cost Accounting team preferred.Must be proficient in Microsoft products.Prior experience with Cloud based accounting software preferred.Excellent communication skills.Good mathematical skills.Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must.
