Description

Planning/Scheduling Construction Projects:

• Develop Baseline project schedules and Baseline manpower curves.

• Perform detailed review of the Contract to ensure the schedule and schedule management adheres to requirements.

• Collaborate with project teams to define scopes of work for the development and update of detailed schedules and -budget information.

• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identify variances from the Baseline schedule and manpower curves, and track constraints that impact the projects.

• Analyze project critical paths and pinch-points to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.

• Project Controls execution support: Establish a scheduling standard across the portfolio of projects.

• Change Management / Forecasting: Implement change management practices and appropriately capture associated schedule activities and overall impact evaluation.

• Reporting: Develop dashboards to communicate project KPI’s and schedule performance to teams in real time. Implement a standardized suite of schedule reports that enable senior management to make data driven decisions.

• Risk Assessment: Work with key management to identify project risks and lead the schedule contingency management process for assigned projects.

• Participate in claims avoidance, if necessary.

Relationships & Sales:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. (Owners and General Contractors)

Support Sales Process:

• As required, establish industry relationships to ensure project sales growth in the future

• Attend customer outings and events.

Other tasks and duties:

• Other tasks and duties may be necessary due to project specific conditions, and as directed.
