We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Refrigeration Manager to lead and oversee the refrigeration maintenance operations across all shifts. This position will be responsible for planning and managing cost-effective and timely maintenance for refrigeration systems and related equipment. You will direct, coordinate, and support refrigeration personnel, collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams, and oversee equipment modifications and installations.
Key responsibilities include:
Administering the Process Safety Management (PSM) program
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to refrigeration systems
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards
Implementing and managing safety programs, including monthly safety meetings
Improving facility ergonomics and overseeing safety equipment use
Managing team schedules, attendance records, and clocking reports
Leading the refrigeration maintenance team across all three shifts

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Post-high school education, vocational training, or college courses in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 3+ years experience.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises a team performing related maintenance and operational tasks.
Travel: Occasional travel (1 to 5 trips per year) may be required.
