Responsibilities:
PLC and Ladder Logic Design/Troubleshooting: Proficiently design, troubleshoot, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using ladder logic. Ensure efficient operation of industrial processes and machinery.
Robots Teach Point and Programming Code Understanding: Collaborate with robotics systems to teach robot points and understand programming code. Optimize robot performance and integration within manufacturing environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a maintenance technician with a focus on electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical applications.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities for diagnosing and repairing electrical AC/DC systems.
Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
Knowledge of power transmission systems.
Understanding of fluid mechanics and properties.
Familiarity with tubing and hosing applications.
Competence in operating mobile equipment.
Adherence to machine safeguarding protocols.
